All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Prices for our running gear arbitrage opportunities are subject to change without notice. We will not charge your credit card until your order has been confirmed.

We are committed to delivering the running gear products you purchase through our arbitrage platform in a timely manner. Delivery times may vary depending on the product's availability, your location, and shipping method selected.

We are not responsible for delays that are outside of our control, including but not limited to customs processing, local delivery services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

Our return policy for running gear purchased through our arbitrage platform allows returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

• Using the platform in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.

The assuredrrsafean platform, its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of assuredrrsafean ApS and its licensors. The platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Denmark and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of assuredrrsafean ApS.

All product names, logos, and brands related to running gear featured on our platform are property of their respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall assuredrrsafean ApS, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our running gear arbitrage platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform.
• Any content obtained from the platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the six (6) month period prior to any cause of action arising.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the platform.
